The Ferrari team made an appearance at club in downtown Malaysia. We got there early and found a table for dinner, but they let far too many folks in (at $8 a head) until the crush was unbelievable! Finally the Ferrari folks arrived and we caught a few glimpses of Eddie..... |

and Michael. At this point the crowd invaded our table and were standing on the back of the couch I was sitting at. It looked about to get dangerous at this point so we left. We heard later that they canceled the appearance soon after we left, due to the massive crowd. | ||

Outside the club, we had a good look at the cars the Ferrari team arrived in. Nice little set of rental cars!? | ||

I stayed with Joe's family while in Malaysia, and Friday night before the race was Joe's birthday party. Joe is the one in the center, leaning down over his niece, dressed in red. They were fabulous hosts and this party was quite the family affair! | ||

Our meal included some interesting dishes including this one, which I don't think requires any explanation! | ||
