February Sun Break

We took off to the desert to get a bit of sun in February.

Unfortunately, the sun had other plans but it's just as well -- I can't play 18 holes in the blazing sun anyway. 

Part of the trip was ascending those gorgeous mountains with our hosts, Becky & Rhonda, and the help of a cable car, beyond.

Amazing to go from the desert to a snow covered forest in about 2 minutes.
Bruce does really well traveling!

In fact with a little help from modern technology (portable DVD player and laptop computers), Bruce almost looks forward to hitting the road.

Of course this trip was helped a huge amount by the no-time-zone-change factor!!
