Tubing

The tubing park at Whistler was a big hit, with a couple of visits over the season. Good exercise too if you skip the Magic Carpet conveyor belt lift!

The new super-fast lane got a good workout and Dad was able to prove that the law of gross tonnage applies to tube sliding as well as sailing.

Given it was a season of much snow, it was only appropriate that tube sliding took place during a solid snowfall.

Kirk and Dave were certainly playing "big kids" during these excursions. Funny we seemed to do more runs than the real kids. Go figure.

A nice open fire and some funky ski chairs are available at the entrance to the tube park. Jenny and Bruce enjoyed a quick rest here, making sure they didn't test advance ski jacket material flammability (they sat upwind!!)
