Whistler Super Snow Year!

Whistler was the destination for the holidays. There was record snow in the fall, so it really wasn't a hard sell.

We went with friends to cut them a tree (under high voltage power lines where it is allowed!) and Dave also came back with this "Charlie Brown" style tree.

Dave got some ribbing about the tree, but it looked pretty good once it was taped to the cabinet to keep it upright.
Bruce was very happy with his presents. This one produced extra happiness for sure!
The kids all put on a show and after took a bow together.

I didn't really follow the plot of the play, but is seemed to be a cross between Snow White, Star Wars and a Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.

 
Not satisfied with Dave's Charlie Brown tree, a second one was placed in a location more appropriate for present collection (and child present torture...is the pile all for ME!!)
