When we were finished admiring the house, we also liked the view the other way! We saw whales every day, with a 1-hour breaching and tail-pounding display one day, as a mama showed her baby all the tricks.
If anyone got really bored, the pool-cleaning robot proved quite soothing to watch as well. Good thing the robot was there, as the local bird population loved the "infinity edge" on the ocean side of the pool. Makes a great drinking and p#@$ing station.
Good thing there was a Costco nearby for battery re-supply.
