Kitchen Under Construction

We set up shop in the laundry room, reminiscing about college, life before dishwashers, the good old days!

Did we mention no dishwasher? What were we thinking!?
Sure enough, it's easy to remove a hallway! The demolition, even though we were prepared, was still amazingly quick.
 

Shortly thereafter, the supporting half-wall for the new counter and bar was in place.
