Bruce Sits! |

On his way to fulfilling his bipedal destiny, Bruce has made a major step and can now sit unaided. Bruce enjoys the new, elevated view of the world. Mom and Dad, on the other hand, consider this a mixed blessing: when leaning forward to get toys, Bruce tends to over-compress his stomach right above the toy he is about to pick up. Several areas of the house now sport signature "Bruce sat here" markings. |

Bruce's sitting technique puts his hacker-hunch parents to shame. In addition, Bruce decided to lay down a little techno-challenge to see if anyone can reconstruct an image of the room that he's in from the reflection in the bowl. Said Bruce, "I slobbered on it a bunch to make it really a challenge". |

Amazingly, being able to sit also means Bruce can bend over and chew his toes. Not such a great idea in Dad's mind, since dust bunnies the size of small rodents live between Bruce's toes. |

Sitting around has never been so fun. Here, Bruce gets to explore real grass, courtesy of the Johnsons who can actually grow the stuff where they live. This is the standard pose right before Bruce marks territory. In fact, Dad wonders why they don't call these clothes "Osh Kosh Oh my gosh, I need a spit rag!!". |
