The Lake

Here is a lovely picture of our lake after January's record precipitation. Missing from this picture are the following:

1. Our dock (under water thankfully)
2. Our boat lift (pushed by the wave action 40ft/13m north behind the tree.)
3. The normal 15 foot shoreline (water was 6" up our bulkhead)
4. Bruce's sand box (found later in the neighbor's yard minus sand).

 
Of course once the winds die down and some blue sky was finally seen, things got back to normal (although I sure hope they had a dry suit on!).
