Trying to Catch Water
During the brief 4-day Pacific Northwest summer, Bruce spent some time learning about pools, water, and how fast Dad jumps when you splash him.
Here Bruce can be seen trying to grab a stream of pouring water. He was amazed that this stuff couldn't be grabbed and then put in his mouth. He tried grabbing it directly from the pool and still no luck. Finally, using his baby instinct (If it doesn't do what you want, hit it hard with both hands), Bruce developed the "Close your eyes, hold your mouth open, and splash the whole pool into it" method.
