Unfortunately, he has also been reading Calvin and Hobbes and would prefer Calvin's recipe:

1. Take out milk, mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup and a mug.
2. Fill mug with mini marshmallows.
3. Heat chocolate syrup in microwave.
4. Poor hot chocolate syrup over marshmallows.
5. Put ingredients away (including milk which turned out to be redundant).
6. Get spoon, as drinking this creation would be impossible.
