Bruce as Short-Order Cook

 

Having graduated from the Papa school of pancake mixing, Bruce decided to take a fall course in pancake flipping. First semester curriculum included:
  • Proper stance for flipping
  • Choosing the correct flipper for pan conditions
  • Importance of maintaining a level flipper
  • Step stool basics
  • Preventing wrist injuries and finger burns
Here Bruce can be seen working on pancake extraction. He learned not only about proper flipper extraction, but also about the effects of a hot frying pan on knuckle skin.

Needless to say, Bruce now has a healthy respect for hot frying pans, as well as excellent flipper technique.
