After 2 years of holidays on the road, I once again convinced Dave that a cut tree was a great idea. Heh heh. Last time we did this, I had a little trouble reaching around the tree with the light strands, for two reasons: height (of the tree) and girth (of me)! |

Our dear friend Jill hung out with us for a great dinner and the present bash in the morning. Here, we are seriously into a new Brucie puzzle, from stockings. We haven't even attacked that pile under the tree yet. |

Bruce had much more fun playing than unwrapping, so we finally let him just play. While using his new cash register, Bruce told me,: "I'm gonna buy some oranges for you." Me: "Okay, how much do oranges cost?" Him, looking at his new watch: "50 minutes." |

After the wrapping paper settled, we hosted Rob (here, reading), Judy, and their kids Mike (top) and Becky for the rest of the holidays. | ||
