February Birthdays

We settled on Hawaii as, among other things, a great way to celebrate two February birthdays.

First, we have Bert, who didn't want anything special, but we insisted: steak and eggs for breakfast, and as many presents as he could hold up at one time.
Next was Dave, turning 37, not even the eternal 39 yet!

He chose a surfing lesson in the morning, followed by a trek to the peak of Mauna Kea (13,500 ft) to see the sun set.
