Christmas 1998
On Boxing Day, we joined up with the Oliver clan.
Bruce loved the toys and books he got, but was more fascinated with Aunt Marg's metal coasters on the coffee table.
Reading is now Bruce's favo(u)rite pastime and he quickly recruited a very willing Grandma.
So far, Bruce is sticking with board books, since his page-turning vigor is too much for mere paper.
Bruce and Dad also got visit with Aunt Laura again. Bruce loved the stairs, the giant beanbag chair and the handy kitchen-to-living room-to-entry jogging trail. Dad and Aunt Laura felt like they'd done a Stairmaster workout by the time this visit was over.
Dad scored big time on this trip as Bruce slept the entire ride up and back!
